I received my order but the size does not fit?

We will happily exchange for the desired size should we still have it in stock. In the event that we do not have it in stock anymore, we will exchange for a different item up to or of the same value. Alternately, we can issue you a store credit. We do not refund items for change of mind. Please check child's size against the specific size chart for that item to limit the need to exchange. Should you need to exchange an item, you are responsible for the return cost of the item.

There is a problem with my item, what should I do?

All our items are quality checked before they are sent. Should you have an issue with an item, please email us at hello@dresstheduchess.com.au and we will be happy to assist you with a resolution. 

Where is my order, it's taking a while and I'm excited to receive it?

We do everything we can to ensure prompt postage of your order. In the event you are experiencing lengthy delays with your order, please check the tracking number provided and contact the courier or postage service directly. Should you still not have success, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

 

What currency does your shop take?

Our prices are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars).
